Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh-Downtown. Our special rate is available until February 21, 2025. You may book online through our website (see "Stay" tab) or call the hotel for accommodations. Please note that standard check in is after the wedding begins. You may request an early check in, but we suggest arriving at the hotel ready for the wedding and leaving your bags at the front desk to complete check in after the wedding. Due to limited capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate anyone not named on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed to your name and guest.

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of children who have been invited. We hope you see this evening as a fun night out for yourselves!

We ask that you RSVP accept or decline by March 1, 2025. If you do not respond by this deadline, we will have to mark decline for you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. If you RSVP accept, but discover you cannot make it after the deadline passes, please let us know as soon as possible.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want. We have an amazing team capturing the day and promise to share photos as soon as possible
